The William Borrer Transcription Project
In February 2020, a trip was made to Cambridge University Library to digitise 104 of Henfield botanist William Borrer's letters, dating from 1815 - 1860. The transcription of these letters is now being divided up amongst volunteers. |
Our Social Media Follow our Facebook and Twitter accounts for a wide mix of articles, objects, historic photos and paintings from the collection. Then get involved! Many associated memories from Henfieldians pop up in the comments. In addition, the Henfield Club Facebook page has posted a wide selection of photos from the museum collection and other sources and has a thriving community of followers.

In PrintWatch for local history articles in our local Parish and BN5 magazines. Do you have family history in the area? We sometimes submit group photos from the museum collection for ID, so try your luck at spotting a relative! We are also working on the digital restoration of selected paintings from the museum in order to bring them into print for sale.
