A shorter walk around the historic centre of Henfield, also taking in the open space of Henfield Common.

Time: approx. 30 mins.

New for 2020-21

Henfield Village and Common Trail
Explore the historic centre of Henfield and its ancient common, central to village life over the centuries.

Time: approx. 1 hour.
A River History & the Rise of Henfield
Explore the birthplace of Henfield, its old trading routes, the Henfield ridge plus the River Adur and its wildlife.

Time: approx. 2.5/3 hours.
The Three Parishes Trail
Take a walk across three of the local parishes: Henfield, Woodmancote and Shermanbury. Covering varied riverland, woodland and open countryside to the north of Henfield. Completed the above?

Why not explore other trails in Horsham District, or take a look at the 2022 Mystery Trails developed by Whistlestop Arts, one of which focuses on Henfield's William Borrer.
